Carrolltown Roadwork......Sigh, Again

Carrolltown is AGAIN doing roadwork, this is causing issues with parking and traffic.  If you need to stop in to make a payment or need computer work done, Please call ahead so we can see what parking is like for that day.  Our number is 814-344-8189.

Road work is FINALLY done!   Parking is back to normal.
